Apartmentary is a home remodeling start-up founded in Seoul in 2016, and we began serving customers in Hong Kong in 2023. Our mission is to transform the often opaque practices of the interior design industry, making the process clearer and more accessible. 


We’ve reimagined the interior design and remodeling process to make it customer-centric and enjoyable. With a dedicated Interior Designer by your side, a wide selection of quality materials to choose from, and a user-friendly app that puts everything in one place, we help you create your dream home without the worry.


We are now hiring a Project Consultant to be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their home remodeling journey. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Client Engagement & Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their remodeling vision, budget, and timeline.

  • Needs Assessment: Accurately assess client needs and preferences to develop tailored solutions that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements.

  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with our design and project management teams to create compelling and accurate proposals for remodeling projects.

  • Sales & Alignment: Present project proposals, explain the scope of work, and build trust to secure new business.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about current home design trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Genuinely interested in making an impact and helping others.

  • This is an intermediate to senior role and we are looking for someone with at least 7-10 years of experience in sales or client facing roles in the interior design or architecture industry - ideally with design/PM experience.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client leads and projects simultaneously.

  • A client-focused mindset with a strong ability to solve problems and build rapport.
