Clean Lines & Canine Comfort
At a glance
Construction Time: Approximately 4 months
The Brief:
This remodel was executed with the whole family in mind, including their beloved poodle. Every detail was considered to create a clean, comfortable space that works just as well for two humans as it does for one very pampered pup.

About The Remodel
This remodeling project was all about creating a home that worked for the entire family, poodle included. While the original layout worked well, the fittings throughout the flat were dated and in need of a major facelift.
We took on every room, from the kitchen and living area to the home office, bathroom, and bedrooms, refreshing the entire space with a focus on clean lines and thoughtful details. The client wanted a home that felt calm and considered, where function met comfort without a lot of fuss.

Living Room & Kitchen
The open kitchen spills right into the living area, so keeping things tidy was key. To help with that, we tucked a pantry off to the side, featuring floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and a curved doorway that adds a subtle touch of personality.
Even the Roomba has its designated nook in the kitchen, where it can self-dock out of sight without adding clutter.
Small accents throughout the space, like a wood-framed door with frosted glass and lantern-shaped lighting, bring charm and warmth to the clean-lined design of the rest of the space.
Home Office &
Dog's Room
The home office was originally a dark, heavy space with deep-colored walls and laminated wood flooring. We gave it a complete refresh, transforming it into a lighter, more open room that feels calm and breathable.
It’s now perfectly renovated for work-from-home days, while also doubling as a practical storage space—for books, important documents, and even a few essentials for their beloved poodle.

“Our remodeling philosophy is simple, create spaces that feel good to live in. ”

Bathrooms
This flat had two bathrooms, and the owners had one clear request: to finally have a proper bathtub. The existing space felt cold, with stone finishes that didn’t suit their taste.
We pared everything back and reimagined the room with soft cream tiles, choosing sinks and toilets with more modern, streamlined silhouettes.
A recessed shelf in the shower, complete with integrated lighting, adds both function and a gentle glow. The renovation has made the bathroom feel far more spacious, calm, and inviting.
