Start Your Career With Apartmentary
We believe in the power of space, and in the people willing to rebuild an industry around it.
No one here carries a remodel alone. Design, project management, administration, kitchen, site, and procurement work as one so every detail can be perfected.
What we are building in Hong Kong is a clearer, more considered way to make a home: timeless interiors that still live well every day, end-to-end care under one roof, quality we can stand behind, and a client journey defined by honesty at every stage.
There is still opacity to dissolve, and work that this industry has never done with enough care. If you want to help create spaces that hold a life with grace, and to do so with integrity alongside people who take that seriously, we would like you on this team.
Our Values
Confidence
We own the work so the client can trust the outcome, not manage it.
Care
We pay attention to how they live, and we build the relationship as carefully as the home.
Control
We keep every stage visible and in hand, so the client never has to chase the process.
Sun Street Spoke
The Spoke is where Apartmentary becomes real.
On Sun Street, the remodel stops being an idea and starts being a conversation. Clients and colleagues sit at one workbench, the same kind of surface that holds a site together, reimagined as a place to listen, decide, and begin.
This is not a showroom for looking. It is a room for starting the work the way we believe it should feel: clear, considered, and close to the life being planned.
If you want to help build that, this is where it happens.
HQ, Causeway Bay
The office is the spawn point. It is designed as a collaborative workspace should be: so people can think clearly, work side by side, rest, eat, and keep the small moments that make a company feel like people.
Questions are meant to be asked here. Growth is meant to happen in the open. Even the pantry is part of that idea, a working kitchen and LG products we actually use, so the team can gather, reset, and start again together.
If you want to help build homes, and a culture, with that kind of care, this is where it happens.
Our People
The Apartmentary team is made of people who care how a home is lived in, not only how it looks when the work is done.
Designers, project managers, administrators, specialists, and site colleagues work as one so clients can move through a remodel with clarity and come home to a space that makes daily life feel easier, calmer, and more their own.
