Terms and Conditions: Opening Offer 2026 (Apartmentary x LG)
1. Promotion Period
1.1 The Apartmentary x LG Opening Offer (“Promotion”) is valid from 1st April 2026 to 30th June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is applicable only to new clients who engage Apartmentary Hong Kong Limited (“Apartmentary”) for full home remodelling services.
2.2 To be eligible, a client must sign a formal service agreement and settle the required initial deposit within the Promotion Period.
2.3 The Promotion is applicable only to projects located within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
3. The Offer
3.1 Eligible clients are entitled to receive one complimentary LG product from a curated selection provided by Apartmentary and LG Electronics.
3.2 The selection of available products may include, but is not limited to:

• 27” LG StanbyME 2 Portable Touch Screen
• LG PuriCare™️ AeroCatTower Air Purifier

3.3 All gifts are subject to stock availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Apartmentary reserves the right to substitute any gift with an alternative of similar value without prior notice.
3.4 The LG products offered are standalone/loose appliances only. This offer does not cover any built-in design alterations, custom cabinetry, or structural modifications required for the product. Any such requests will be billed separately.
4. Redemption and Delivery
4.1 The selected LG product will be ordered and delivered upon the successful commencement of the site works or at a stage of the project deemed appropriate by Apartmentary.
4.2 Delivery of the LG product is subject to the lead times and delivery schedules of LG Electronics Hong Kong.
4.3 The gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
5. Warranty and Liability
5.1 The complimentary LG product is covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty provided by LG Electronics Hong Kong.
5.2 Apartmentary shall not be held liable for any defects, after-sales service, or maintenance of the LG products. All such inquiries should be directed to LG Electronics Hong Kong.
5.3 Apartmentary is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the gift.
6. General Terms
6.1 Apartmentary reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.2 In the event of any dispute, the decision of Apartmentary Hong Kong Limited shall be final and binding.
